Heart Space (Sat Yam) Guided Meditation

It’s been a while since I’ve felt that creative energy that wants to come through… like it needed a bit of a rest. A pause. And I did too. Probably a longer one than I allowed myself to take. Probably cave-like requirements. In a good way.

Yet it also felt good to not retreat from the world. To stay connected with myself and with others. To feel into the heart space and share it. Perhaps that’s why I was called to bring this guided meditation to you.

This recording is from a class at Shambhala Yoga & Dance. I cut the meditation part from the zoom recording for those who join virtually, converted it to an audio file, and then did some sound editing on the audio track. Things I like to do! Honestly , I have taught myself these things, and have no real idea of what I’m doing…

But, it’s fun! So is creating the album cover!

So with that creative desire to bring something new into the world, I offer you this new Heart Space (Sat Yam) Guided Meditation.

Here are the details:

This guided meditation with Heather Sanderson is conversational in tone and invites you to work with the Sat Yam mantra — words that focus in the mind and, matched with the pattern of focus, help clear out or “purify” the heart to create more space.

You will also experience a long space of effortless focus so you can float in the field of consciousness.

Available now on SpotifyYouTube, and all other digital music stores, except for Apple–they no longer allow tracks that have more than ten seconds of silence. (International Release).

Hope you get what you need from it!

And there are several other meditations and yoga nidras I have created and distributed over the years, if you need something a bit different, or more variety.
